Carina Olsen lives in Hvalsø and has been part of Aluline for more than a quarter of a century. Carina started out in production, but quickly became a regular part of the sales department, where she currently works in the Back Office and sales support.
“I see myself as a kind of ambassador for our clients — I make sure their wants and needs are understood and put into practice here at Aluline.”
With a background in commerce and formal training in marketing and law, Carina has always been driven by customer relations and service excellence. She particularly highlights the opportunities for personal development as something truly special:
“If I feel like taking a course or learning something new, I can always have a conversation with my manager. We put a plan together.”
For Carina, it’s the colleagues and the work environment that truly make a difference.
